- Sending the request through the Manage My Health patient portal
- Calling the prescription line (04) 920 4562 Press 1
- Speaking with reception if you are having difficulty with the options listed above
*Urgent prescriptions have an extra charge of $6.
Your GP will need to see you at least once a year if you are on long term medications to renew each repeat prescription.
Please check your prescription when you collect it and inform the receptionist or pharmacist if you notice any errors.
Prescription costs
Repeat prescriptions, if requested via scriptline or by calling the centre are $33. If requesting a repeat prescription via the Manage My Health portal the fee is reduced to $28 for non-CSC holders.
Please allow 48 hours turn around time for routine repeat prescriptions to be actioned.

- Repeat prescriptions for patients aged 14-17 years are $28
- Prescriptions are free for enrolled patients under 14 years of age
